Dining and Food
Dining at Blair
The panelled Dining Room was added by Capt William Fordyce Blair in the 1880s. Our dining table, originally made for the Zoffany family, can seat up to 20 guests but it is possible to dine up to 40 guests.
For even larger gatherings, we can readily accommodate up to 90 guests in our Drawing Room. Alternatively, how about dining on the Croquet Lawn!
Our award winning chef will work with you to tailor the menu to your individual requirements. Our food is sourced from the best local ingredients. Seasonal produce will be used throughout and no genetically modified produce is used, to our knowledge, in the dishes produced at Blair.
All foods are purchased through the Freedom Foods policy that has been adopted by our carefully selected suppliers and all beef produce has been matured for at least 28 days and has proof of traceability and authenticity of country of origin (Scotland,UK). Member of Ayrshire Food Network.
